Da Pode is our San Gimignano restaurant with a view. It stands in the countryside, inside an old farmhouse that has been restored in keeping with its original architecture, so as not to lose its atmosphere. Enriched by the typical Tuscan landscape surrounding it, Da Pode offers a peaceful, evocative setting, ideal for enjoying both lunch and dinner, in every season of the year.

Just steps from the restaurant is Tenuta Sovestro, our family’s agriturismo, where you can extend your stay in the Tuscan countryside. The estate sits among the hills just minutes from the medieval historic center, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves cultivated directly by the family.

The estate offers original, spacious rooms, each with its own style, always in keeping with the countryside atmosphere. The rooms are spread across the property’s historic buildings, while outside a panoramic pool overlooks the hills. This is also where the wine and oil served in our restaurant’s dishes come from: from the vineyards, Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and Chianti Colli Senesi, and from the olive trees, an extra-virgin olive oil obtained through cold pressing, unfiltered to preserve its aroma and character intact.

Both properties are located about 2 kilometers from the towers of San Gimignano, within a large pine park bordered by vineyards and olive trees.
